Returns Policy - PROMO21

All return requests must fall into the following terms in order to be eligible for a refund.

If the package has been opened, we require that you have used the product for 30 days, twice a day. This is to ensure that you have adequately tried out the product. If the package is unopened, unused in the original packaging you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. 

The 30 day return policy is only valid for retail orders, which excludes crowdfunding rewards and orders. If you are outside of these 30 days but your unit is unopened, unused and in the original packaging you may be eligible for a refund under our Standard Returns Policy.

All return orders must have a shipping label generated through https://unobrush.returnscenter.com/. Do not return any product before you have received your shipping label from https://unobrush.returnscenter.com/

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please reply back to the email confirmation that you received from us regarding your refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill the returns form on our website https://unobrush.returnscenter.com/.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you could vary.

Shipping

To return your product please return it to the address listed on the RMA email you received from us. 

All shipments should be done via a shipping method containing a trackable shipping service. We recommend you purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any exchanges or returns lost in the mail. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned or exchanged item.
